Waterproof sealer application is recommended for structure wall with low sun light exposure or prevention of water infiltration in areas with multiple transitions which cause walls to expand. It very important to perform proper preparation before any sealer application.
We received a phone call regarding large amounts of water coming in from new roof section. After roof inspection. We have found the worst and wrong application for 2022. An unlicensed contractor decided to install steep roof shingles on a flat 1-12 slope roof system. This created a pool of problems and litigations. Finally, we removed all roof shingles and apply commercial compatible materials.
